Copenhagen

So my brother in law took the leap and moved abroad. He’s living life on the streets, (well in between sofa surfing), but he’s happy. The happiest he’s ever been. So the family, albeit worried sick about his diminishing stomach and the fact his passport has run out and he’s basically a fugitive (No I’m not joking, and that’s only the cherry on top, but we will save that for another post) are happy for him. Well in his delightful and peaceful contentment of homelessness we decided to hop on a plane and see the silly sod for ourselves. (My mother in law was most depressed!) I booked the flights and off we went. Pursue and rescue. At least that’s what she thought…

In expectation of doubt?

Hi guys. It’s been such a long time that I’ve been away from writing I really just needed to get on with something, pick up the pen and doodle.

So here is what I came up with. It’s just an introduction to my phase back into writing regularly (if that’s such a thing for me with my many projects I seem to start and never end up finishing)!? In words no truer than in the current set of circumstances we are in now; “there’s no time like the present!?”

Fashion for now…

The idea is to do this regularly and update as often as I can so I can develop a difinitive fashion blog that people can enjoy reading and get inspiration from! (with a little travel thrown in for good measure as I love to see the world!)

What Why and Where to?

So I thought i’d share a small snippet of my life on here… I haven’t been writing for a while because to be honest, I’ve been having a little break from social media. I want to let you know what I’ve learnt, why I’m back, and where I’m going. Here goes…

Outfit of choice

I mean, the weather doesn’t help an indecisive person really does it? It’s hot, it’s cold, it snows, it’s 25 degrees! (Wipes head and sighs melodramatically)…

Beautiful Belfast.

It was our last pint in Dublin on a Saturday afternoon; the sun was peaking through the clouds and the students and tourists had all come out of the woodwork. Bustling shops and entertaining street acts filled the city on our last day. Jake and I were truly shattered!

D U B L I N … (you old dog!)

So there we were… cabin bag in one hand, full steam ahead. It’s 8am, and there’s no time to hang around. So we dumped our bags in the hotel lobby and asked for directions to, yep, the Guiness Factory.
